Concreting of columns
We realize the concreting of columns, which are essential for maintaining the stability of the building.
Precision pouring of the molds ensures that our columns are even, smooth and extremely strong. The concrete used for the poles must be of high strength, usually of grade C25/30 or higher, depending on the construction requirements. A well-chosen mix ensures the durability of the poles and
their resistance to loads.
How does the process of concreting the poles proceed ?
1.
Preparation of formwork
Special system formworks, such as Doka or Peri, are used for concreting the columns, which allow vertical, rectangular or circular columns to be formed. These formworks must be adapted to the dimensions and shape of the column.
2.
Preparation of column reinforcement
Column reinforcement is usually made of vertical steel bars connected by transverse stirrups, which form a grid to reinforce the entire structure.
3.
Concrete preparation
Concrete used for the columns must be of high strength, usually grade C25/30 or higher, depending on the structural requirements. It is delivered to the construction site using concrete mixers or pumps that allow the mixture to be poured directly into the column formwork.
4.
Pouring concrete
Concrete is poured into the column formwork in layers to ensure even distribution and prevent excessive pressure on the formwork. It is important to pour the concrete evenly and continuously monitor the level of concrete in the formwork to achieve a uniform surface and proper finish.
5.
Concrete compaction
The process of compaction by vibration helps remove air bubbles and ensures that the reinforcement is evenly wrapped in concrete, which increases the strength of the column. However, it is important not to over-compact the concrete, as this can lead to delamination of the mix and weakening of the structure.
6.
Formwork of poles
Depending on weather conditions and the grade of concrete, formwork can be removed after just a few days, when the concrete is hard enough to hold its form. In the case of architectural columns, where the aesthetics of the finish matter, the removal of formwork must be done with extreme care.

Professional installation of formwork ensures precise execution of concrete structures. Thanks to the professional approach of Optimum Bau’s installation team, the formwork is perfectly matched, which translates into durability and stability of the entire structure. This also minimizes the risk of errors that can lead to costly repairs.
Optimum Bau uses the renowned PERI and DOKA formwork systems, which are known for their high quality, flexibility and durability. These systems allow fast and safe installation of formwork, which speeds up the construction process and ensures optimal results.
Both formwork systems are high-end, but differ somewhat in design and purpose. PERI is more versatile and flexible in the context of complex projects, while DOKA is characterized by simplicity and speed of installation. The choice of system depends on the specific requirements of the project, and our specialists will help you choose the best solution.
Floor restoration and polishing involves refreshing deteriorated concrete surfaces and giving them a new, aesthetically pleasing appearance. Polishing makes floors smooth, shiny and more resistant to wear and tear. This service is ideal for industrial, commercial and domestic surfaces.
Polished concrete floors are extremely durable, scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Their aesthetic appearance makes them perfect for modern interiors. In addition, thanks to polishing, concrete gains anti-slip properties and better resistance to moisture.
Optimum Bau specializes in complex concreting of structural elements such as stairs, terraces, columns, walls and floors. Our experience and precision ensure high quality workmanship, regardless of the complexity of the project.
Yes, foundation concreting is a key service in our offer. Our team specializes in the implementation of solid and durable foundations, which are the basis for stable buildings. We use modern technologies and high-quality materials to ensure the durability and safety of foundations.
The process of concreting foundations consists of several key steps: site preparation, placement of reinforcement, installation of formwork, pouring of concrete, and protection and care of the foundation after it is poured. Optimum Bau takes care of each of these steps, ensuring precision and high quality workmanship.
Reinforcement is the placement of steel bars in the structure, which reinforce the concrete, increasing its resistance to loads and stresses. Reinforcement of beams, stringers, columns and walls is a key element, ensuring the durability and safety of the entire structure.
Yes, we can make reinforcement according to your structural design, adapting to all requirements and technical specifications.
