These are purposes such as newsletter service, social media service, message exchange, analysis, statistics, marketing.

We process your personal data for the period of time necessary for the fulfillment of the various purposes. You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, object to processing, and the right to data portability. In addition, you may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.optimumbau.pl.

With regard to our social media profiles, in accordance with the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, we are a joint data controller together with the providers of the social networks where we have profiles. 2 Who can you contact regarding the processing of personal data?

As part of the implementation of the data protection system, we decided not to appoint a data protection officer due to the fact that it is not mandatory in our situation.

For matters related to data protection and privacy in the broadest sense, you can contact at e-mail: oferty@optimumbau.pl. In terms of social media, you can additionally contact directly the administrators of the social networks where I maintain my profiles.

3 For what purposes do we process personal data?

These targets are more than one. Below is a list of them, along with a more detailed discussion. The respective legal bases for processing are also assigned to each purpose:

We use tools that collect a range of information related to your use of the Optimum Bau Sp. z o.o. website. In particular, the following information is collected:

Nevertheless, given the strict jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the divided opinions of legal scholars, as a precaution, we have also included an explanation of the processing of this information in this Privacy Policy, in case Anonymous Information is assigned the status of personal data.

We cannot provide access to Anonymous Information about you because none of this information is attributed to a specific user. From the tools that collect Anonymous Information, we only have access to statistics and information not attributed to individuals.

The processing of Anonymous Information enables you to use the features available on our website. The information is also used for analytical, statistical and marketing purposes, including setting and targeting ads.

Anonymous information is also processed by tool providers under their terms of service and privacy policies. We care about the security of your personal data. We have analyzed the risks involved in the various processes of processing your data, and then implement appropriate security and personal data protection measures. We constantly monitor the state of the technical infrastructure, train our staff, look at the procedures in place, and make the necessary improvements.

8. how long do we keep personal data?

We process your personal data for as long as is reasonable in connection with the particular purpose of processing your personal data, so processing periods may vary depending on the purpose. Termination of data processing for one purpose does not always mean complete deletion or destruction, as the same data may be processed for other purposes for a correspondingly longer period. Complete deletion or destruction of data occurs after all purposes have been completed or in other cases provided for in the RODO.

Below are descriptions of the processing periods:

Newsletter – data related to the newsletter will be processed for the duration of your use of the newsletter.
Comments – data related to the posting of comments will be processed until you delete them.
Contact and correspondence handling – data related to correspondence handling will be processed for the duration of contact between us.
Archive – archive data will be processed until the information collected is no longer useful.
Determination, investigation and defense of claims – data related to claims will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims. This period may vary depending on the law (e.g. 3 years for businesses, 6 years for consumers).
Recipient groups – data related to recipient groups will be processed until they are no longer useful or until you successfully object.
Social media – we have no control over the storage period of your personal data on social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). This data is stored in accordance with the rules and privacy policies of these sites, and you can delete it yourself.
Analytics and statistics – data related to analytics and statistics will be processed until it is no longer useful or until you successfully object.
Self-marketing – Data related to self-marketing will be processed until it is no longer useful or until you object.
Supplementary tools – data related to supplementary tools will be processed until they are no longer useful or until you successfully object.
Data Protection Obligations – Data related to data protection will be processed until it becomes obsolete, an effective objection is made, or the statute of limitations on our liability as a data controller has expired.

If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw it at any time, either by your action or by contacting us. Remember that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place before the withdrawal.

9. who are the recipients of personal data?

Modern business often uses third-party providers, and this also applies to our business. Some of these services involve the processing of your personal data. Third-party providers that participate in the processing of personal data are:

Mailing system provider – operating a system for sending emails.
Provider of pop-up display system – displaying pop-up messages.
Provider of landing page management tools – collecting data via landing pages.

As for Anonymous Information, it is accessed by the providers of the tools or plug-ins that collect it. These providers are data controllers in their own right and may share this information under the terms of their terms of use and privacy policies, which is beyond our control.

10. do we transfer data to third countries or international organizations?

Yes, part of the processing operations of your personal data may involve their transfer to third countries.

We transfer your personal data to third countries in connection with the use of tools that use resources located in third countries, in particular in the United States. The providers of these tools guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection through the relevant compliance mechanisms provided by the RODO, in particular through the use of standard contractual clauses.

We do not make decisions for you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that could produce legal effects or otherwise materially affect you. We use tools that may take certain actions depending on the information collected, but we believe that these actions do not materially affect you as a customer. They do not differentiate your situation, affect the terms of a contract you may enter into, etc.

With certain tools, we can, for example, display personalized ads based on your previous activities on our site or suggest products that may interest you. These activities are part of what is known as behavioral advertising. We encourage you to learn more about behavioral advertising, especially in the context of privacy. Right to erasure – if you believe that there are no grounds for further processing of your data, you can request erasure.
Right to restrict processing – you can request that we restrict the processing of your data only to its storage or to actions agreed with you, if you consider that we are processing it unfoundedly or incorrectly.
Right to object to processing – if your data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you can object by indicating your particular situation. We will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate an overriding legal basis for further processing, or it is necessary to pursue a claim.
Right to data portability – you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, and have it sent directly to another entity.

Regardless, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that we have violated data protection regulations.

Our website, like most other sites, uses cookies.

We use cookies based on your consent, except when cookies are necessary for the proper provision of electronic services. Cookies that are not necessary for the proper provision of electronic services remain blocked until you consent to their use. Within Google Analytics, I only have access to Anonymous Information. Thanks to the information gathered in this way, we can conduct analysis of users’ behavior on our website and keep statistics related to it, and then draw conclusions from these statistics to design solutions to improve the efficiency of the site. Meta Pixel	We use the Meta advertising system provided by the American company Meta Platform Inc. In order to target you with ads personalized to your behavior on our site, we have implemented the Meta Pixel within the site, which automatically transmits information about your activity on our site that is then sent to the Meta advertising system. Within the Meta advertising system, we have access only to Anonymous Information. Thanks to the information gathered in this way, we are able to display ads to you within the Meta advertising system depending on your behavior on our site, and to measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns implemented in order to draw conclusions that allow us to optimize these campaigns for effectiveness. Meta Platform Inc. may combine information collected using Pixel Meta with other information about you collected through your use of services managed by the company (including Facebook, Instagram) and use for its own purposes, including marketing. Such activities of Meta are no longer dependent on us, and you can look for information about them directly in Meta’s privacy policy. From your Facebook account, you can also manage your privacy settings. Here you will find useful information in this regard.
Facebook Connect	Our website uses plug-ins, buttons and other social networking tools, collectively referred to as “plug-ins”, associated with social networking sites managed by the U.S. company Meta Platform Inc. With this, you have the ability to use selected social features on my pages, such as the like button, share, etc. The plugins collect information about your activity on our site. We do not have access to this information. Information collected by plug-ins may be used by Meta Platform Inc. for its own purposes, such as improving its own products, creating user profiles, analyzing and optimizing its own activities, targeting ads, but over which I have no real influence. You can look for details in this regard in Meta’s privacy policy.
Google Ads	We use remarketing features available as part of the Google advertising system provided by the US company Google LLC. When you visit our website, a Google remarketing cookie is automatically left on your device to collect information about your activity on our website. With the information we collect in this way, we are able to display ads to you within the Google network depending on your behavior on our site. For example, if you display a product, the information about it will be noted by a remarketing cookie, so that we can target you with advertising about that product or any other we deem appropriate. This advertisement will be displayed to you within the Google network when you use the Internet, browse other websites, etc. I emphasize that when using Google Ads, we only use Anonymous Information. Using Google Ads, we are only able to define the audiences we want our ads to reach. Based on this, Google decides when and how we will present our ads to you. LinkedIN Insight Tag	We use the advertising features available within LinkedIN provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. In order to target you with ads personalized to your behavior on our site, I have implemented an Insight Tag within the LinkedIN site, which automatically transmits information about your activity on our site that is then sent to the LinkedIN advertising system. Within the LinkedIN advertising system, I only have access to Anonymous Information. Thanks to the information gathered in this way, we are able to display ads to you within the LinkedIN advertising system depending on your behavior on our site, and to measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns implemented in order to draw conclusions that allow us to optimize these campaigns for effectiveness. Information collected by LinkedIN is also used by LinkedIN. for the purposes of advertising delivery and reporting, improving security on the LinkedIN service, research and product development. The information is also used to generate aggregate and anonymous measurements on the use of the LinkedIN advertising service, for example, to calculate the total number of conversions made through the LinkedIN service. YouTube	YouTube widgets are embedded on our site, allowing you to play recordings available on YouTube directly from our site. YouTube is operated by the American company Google LLC. When you play a recording, YouTube saves cookies on your device and receives information that a recording from a specific website has been played by you, even if you do not have a Google account or a login has not been made. If there was a Google account login from your side, this service provider will be able to directly attribute the visit to our site to your account. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by Google, as well as the possibility of contacting us and your rights in this regard and the possibility to make settings to ensure the protection of your privacy are described in Google‘s privacy policy. If you do not want Google to attribute the data collected during video playback directly to your profile, you must log out of your account before playing the video. You can also completely prevent plug-ins from loading on the site by using the appropriate extensions for your browser, such as script blocking. The information collected through cookies related to YouTube videos embedded on our site is used by Google to ensure the correct and secure functioning of the widget, to analyze and optimize the services provided by YouTube, as well as for personalization and advertising purposes.
