We process your personal data for the period of time necessary for the fulfillment of the various purposes. You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, object to processing, and the right to data portability. In addition, you may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

With regard to our social media profiles, in accordance with the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, we are a joint data controller together with the providers of the social networks where we have profiles. 2 Who can you contact regarding the processing of personal data?
As part of the implementation of the data protection system, we decided not to appoint a data protection officer due to the fact that it is not mandatory in our situation.
For matters related to data protection and privacy in the broadest sense, you can contact at e-mail: oferty@optimumbau.pl. In terms of social media, you can additionally contact directly the administrators of the social networks where I maintain my profiles.
3 For what purposes do we process personal data?

We use tools that collect a range of information related to your use of the Optimum Bau Sp. z o.o. website. In particular, the following information is collected:

We cannot provide access to Anonymous Information about you because none of this information is attributed to a specific user. From the tools that collect Anonymous Information, we only have access to statistics and information not attributed to individuals.
The processing of Anonymous Information enables you to use the features available on our website. The information is also used for analytical, statistical and marketing purposes, including setting and targeting ads.

We have analyzed the risks involved in the various processes of processing your data, and then implement appropriate security and personal data protection measures. We constantly monitor the state of the technical infrastructure, train our staff, look at the procedures in place, and make the necessary improvements.

We process your personal data for as long as is reasonable in connection with the particular purpose of processing your personal data, so processing periods may vary depending on the purpose. Termination of data processing for one purpose does not always mean complete deletion or destruction, as the same data may be processed for other purposes for a correspondingly longer period. Complete deletion or destruction of data occurs after all purposes have been completed or in other cases provided for in the RODO.
Below are descriptions of the processing periods:
- Newsletter – data related to the newsletter will be processed for the duration of your use of the newsletter.
- Comments – data related to the posting of comments will be processed until you delete them.
- Contact and correspondence handling – data related to correspondence handling will be processed for the duration of contact between us.
- Archive – archive data will be processed until the information collected is no longer useful.
- Determination, investigation and defense of claims – data related to claims will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims. This period may vary depending on the law (e.g. 3 years for businesses, 6 years for consumers).
- Recipient groups – data related to recipient groups will be processed until they are no longer useful or until you successfully object.
- Social media – we have no control over the storage period of your personal data on social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). This data is stored in accordance with the rules and privacy policies of these sites, and you can delete it yourself.
- Analytics and statistics – data related to analytics and statistics will be processed until it is no longer useful or until you successfully object.
- Self-marketing – Data related to self-marketing will be processed until it is no longer useful or until you object.
- Supplementary tools – data related to supplementary tools will be processed until they are no longer useful or until you successfully object.
- Data Protection Obligations – Data related to data protection will be processed until it becomes obsolete, an effective objection is made, or the statute of limitations on our liability as a data controller has expired.
If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw it at any time, either by your action or by contacting us. Remember that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place before the withdrawal.

Yes, part of the processing operations of your personal data may involve their transfer to third countries.
We transfer your personal data to third countries in connection with the use of tools that use resources located in third countries, in particular in the United States. The providers of these tools guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection through the relevant compliance mechanisms provided by the RODO, in particular through the use of standard contractual clauses.

We do not make decisions for you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that could produce legal effects or otherwise materially affect you. We use tools that may take certain actions depending on the information collected, but we believe that these actions do not materially affect you as a customer. They do not differentiate your situation, affect the terms of a contract you may enter into, etc.
With certain tools, we can, for example, display personalized ads based on your previous activities on our site or suggest products that may interest you. These activities are part of what is known as behavioral advertising. We encourage you to learn more about behavioral advertising, especially in the context of privacy. - Right to restrict processing – you can request that we restrict the processing of your data only to its storage or to actions agreed with you, if you consider that we are processing it unfoundedly or incorrectly.
- Right to object to processing – if your data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you can object by indicating your particular situation. We will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate an overriding legal basis for further processing, or it is necessary to pursue a claim.
- Right to data portability – you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, and have it sent directly to another entity.

Our website, like most other sites, uses cookies.
