How does the formwork installation process work ?

- Connecting panels: Subsequent panels are attached to the first, usually with special fasteners and locks. It is important that they are properly connected to prevent shifting and leakage of concrete.
- Support and stabilization: the set panels are supported by support brackets and support columns to prevent them from moving under the weight of poured concrete. Depending on the height of the walls, different types of supports are used, ranging from lightweight to very strong.

Installation of floor formwork
Ceiling formwork usually consists of a system of supports (e.g., telescopic), support beams and formwork panels.
- Setting up supports: First, telescopic supports or support towers are set up at appropriate intervals to provide stable support for the structure. Each support must be precisely leveled.
- Installation of support beams: Horizontal support beams, which are responsible for holding the formwork panels, are placed on the supports. These beams are adjusted
to the appropriate spacing, according to the ceiling design. - Laying of formwork panels: Shuttering panels are installed on the support beams to create a flat ceiling surface. These panels can be made of metal, plywood or other materials, depending on the system.
